Han's Yueming laser cutting machine is suitable for the cutting of various materials in the shoe industry. The function of fast continuous curve cutting can improve the work efficiency by 100% and save 10% of the material compared with the die cutting.
Classification and characteristics of soles :
1. Leather sole:
The leather sole is a sole that can automatically breathe and drive the feet to breathe. It has good air permeability, does not suffocate the feet, and can automatically release the absorbed sweat to keep the feet dry. Leather soles are mainly cowhide and the price is higher. Its advantages are easy to shape, no deformation, fit, good elasticity, can reduce impact without fatigue, ventilate, absorb moisture, etc., meanwhile, it is easy to process, and its shape is easy to show beauty. The texture is hard and difficult to be pierced, but it is easy to warp, deform or rot when soaked in water and oil. Its main features:
① Have good thermal insulation to ensure the right temperature of the foot in the shoe
② Light weight, the weight per square centimeter is 0.95 to 1.05 grams, which is exactly the same as the density of water. It is waterproof and releases moisture when the shoes are no longer wet, ensuring that the shoes are comfortable.
③ Unique three-dimensional fiber structure, the sole does not break when bent at 180 degrees. It can quickly adapt to the shape of the foot, can effectively support the impact of the ground, and protect the foot more effectively than soles of other materials of the same thickness.
2. Rubber bottom (RB):
RB is the abbreviation of English rubber (rubber); hot compression molding, divided into natural rubber and recycled rubber. It is heavy in weight and not resistant to oil. It must be roughened on the mating surface when molding the bottom. It is easy to shorten when heated and the color is inconsistent.
Advantages: good abrasion resistance, non-slip, elastic, not easy to break, good softness, good extensibility, stable shrinkage, good hardness, good flexibility, waterproof.
Disadvantages: heavy, easy to spit frost (quality problem), not easy to corrode (environmental protection problem); not hard, easy to be penetrated; poor air permeability and hygroscopicity, afraid of oil soaking Place to wear.
※ Rubber foam
The weight is lighter than the rubber sole and has a rubbery smell. When pressed with a finger, the surface rebound is more obvious than ordinary soles, and the wear resistance is poor.
※ High-pressure polyethylene rubber bottom
High-pressure polyethylene and rubber-flavored soles, rubber and plastic are used together.
Raw rubber bottom: heavy, expensive, non-oil-resistant and heat-resistant. Easily discolored.
3. Polyurethane bottom (PU):
Polyurethane is the abbreviation of polyurethane, and its English name is polyurethane. It is a polymer material, which is made of A / B / C polyester foam. It has two types of oil and water. Is an emerging organic polymer material, known as the "fifth largest plastic", mostly used in the manufacture of high-end leather shoes, sports shoes, travel shoes and so on.
Advantages: low density, soft texture, good elasticity, comfortable and lightweight wearing; good oxidation resistance, excellent wear resistance, flex resistance, high hardness; excellent shock absorption, non-slip performance; better temperature resistance; Good chemical resistance; easy to corrode is good for environmental protection and not easy to wrinkle.
Disadvantages: strong water absorption, easy yellowing, easy to break, poor elongation, not resistant to water, easy to rot, poor permeability.
4. EVA bottom:
Ethylene Vinyl Acetate-vinyl acetate copolymer, polymer material. Commonly used for jogging, jogging, casual shoes, midsoles of foot training shoes. Lightweight, easy to process, non-wear-resistant and oil-resistant.
Advantages: lightweight, good elasticity, good flexibility, not easy to wrinkle, has excellent colorability, suitable for various climates.
Disadvantages: easy to absorb water, not easy to corrode, unfavorable to the environment, and easy to dirty.
5. MD bottom:
MODEL or PHYLON are collectively referred to as EVA secondary high pressure molding products. MD soles must contain EVA, MD soles are also called PHYLON soles. For example, MD = EVA + RB or EVA + RB + TPR and some shoes are RB + PU.
Advantages: light, flexible, fine appearance, good softness; easy to clean; good hardness, density, tension, tear, elongation.
Disadvantages: not easy to corrode and not environmentally friendly, easy to wrinkle and easy to shrink at high temperature; poor durability, the shock absorption will be reduced as the time is used, and the air permeability is poor.
6. TPR bottom:
TPR is a general term that includes TPV, SEBS, SBS, TPO, TPU, EVA and other products. TPR sole mainly refers to the common name of SBS modified shoe material (a kind of application of TPR material). The special material for TPR shoe materials is a new type of polymer shoe material mainly produced by thermoplastic SBS. It has rubber properties and can be processed and recycled according to thermoplastics. It can be injection molded and extruded using ordinary plastic molding machines. 2. It is made into rubber products by blow molding. The TPR pellets are hot-melted and injection-molded, and the molecules move with emission during molding.
Advantages: easy to shape and cheap; has the characteristics of lightness, comfort, high elasticity, easy staining, good ventilation and high strength, especially excellent low temperature resistance, high coefficient of friction, and strong grip.
Disadvantages: heavy material, poor abrasion (not wear-resistant), poor softness, poor bending (not resistant to folding), poor shock absorption, and poor breathability.
7, TPU bottom:
The full name is Thermoplastic Polyurethane. It is a linear polymer material produced by the reaction of diisocyanate, macromolecular polyol, and chain extender. It is a new type of environmentally friendly material.
Advantages: excellent mechanical strength, abrasion resistance, oil resistance and flex resistance, especially the most outstanding abrasion resistance, good appearance, generous and high-grade.
Disadvantages: poor heat resistance, hot water resistance, compression resistance, easy to yellow appearance, easy to stick mold during processing, harder, heavier, poor air permeability.
8, PVC bottom (imitation bottom leather):
Polyvinyl Chloride, slightly yellowish translucent in nature, shiny. Whitening occurs at the inflections.
Advantages: Most are cheaper, oil-resistant, wear-resistant, and have good insulation properties.
Disadvantages: poor anti-slip performance, poor texture, non-cold resistance, not folding resistance, poor breathability.
9, TR bottom:
TR sole material is a new product improved on the basis of TPR. It is a composite material of TPE and rubber. The product has more excellent performances of various indicators. It is molded by hot injection molding, and the molecules move in a ball shape during molding. It has many appearances, good feel, bright color, high smoothness, high technical content, etc., and can be 100% recycled, which is an environmentally friendly sole material.
10. Imitation leather bottom:
It is a relatively typical rubber and plastic material with high elasticity. The main component is made of rubber, and 10% to 30% of high styrene is added to imitate the properties of leather bottom leather. The appearance is similar to the natural bottom leather, with a grain pattern. The product is light and clear, and it is light and comfortable when worn, and there is no sound, non-slip, and abrasion resistance. Such a sole has both good elasticity and relatively good High hardness and rigidity, its performance is very similar to natural leather. Although it does not have the breathable and hygroscopic properties of natural leather, it also has the advantage of not being afraid of water.
